Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Orimetry Design Tech (“Orimetry”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use Pecky’s Number Bag (the “App”). It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the App.

A parent or guardian should review this Policy before a child uses the App. Use of the App is also governed by the EULA / Terms of Use.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Orimetry does not ask for, and the App is not designed to collect, personally identifiable information.

• No user account is created with Orimetry.
• No sign-in or authentication is required.
• No name, email address, or phone number is collected by us.
• No precise or coarse location is collected.
• No contacts, photos, videos, or microphone recordings are accessed.
• No advertising identifier is collected for advertising.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact support@orimetry.com and we will delete it if we have it.

3. Data Saved on the Device

Game progress and settings are stored only on the device. This may include progress, scores, settings, and a local record that a purchase has been unlocked. That information is not uploaded, synchronized, or backed up to Orimetry servers.

Deleting the app deletes this data. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage, removes the data the operating system stored for the App. Orimetry cannot restore gameplay after the App is deleted, because we do not keep a copy.

4. No Advertising

The App does not display advertisements and does not include advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal information and we do not use information from the App for cross-app advertising or profiling.

5. Subscriptions and RevenueCat

The App may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Orimetry does not receive or store payment card numbers.

Subscription status is managed with RevenueCat, together with Apple or Google, so a purchase can be validated and restored. When a purchase or restore happens, RevenueCat and the applicable store may process:

• Purchase information, such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase dates, subscription status, and expiration dates.
• An anonymous app user identifier generated to associate a purchase with that installation.
• Limited information about purchase screens, such as whether a purchase screen was shown or a purchase was started or cancelled, where the subscription tools record that event.

We do not send a child’s name, email address, phone number, or physical address to RevenueCat. We do not send a persistent advertising identifier to RevenueCat for advertising. RevenueCat’s own terms and privacy policy are at revenuecat.com/terms and revenuecat.com/privacy. Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies apply to store accounts and payments.

An internet connection may be used to validate or restore a subscription, to download an update from the store, and for similar store functions. Gameplay itself is not sent to Orimetry.

6. Data Deletion

Local game data is deleted when the App is deleted from the device. Because Orimetry does not keep gameplay on a server, there is no Orimetry account or cloud save to erase.

Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription and does not delete purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Those records exist so a purchase can be restored on the same store account. Cancel a subscription in the Apple or Google subscription settings. To ask about deletion of subscription-related records that Orimetry or its providers can delete, use the Orimetry Data Deletion Request page. Records controlled only by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat are handled under their policies.

The App is directed to children and families as a math game. It is built so that play does not depend on collecting personal information. Purchases should be made by a parent or guardian through the store account on the device. This Policy does not limit any non-waivable rights under the laws that apply where you live, including children’s privacy and consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will also take any additional step required by applicable law.
